Course Cancellations
Chesapeake Region Safety Council and the Mid Atlantic OTI Education Center reserve the right to change or cancel any class. In the unfortunate event that a class must be changed or cancelled, you will be notified by phone and/or email. When registering for a course, please provide us with the best way to contact you during the day. In the event that a class is cancelled, you may choose one of the following options:
- Transfer current registration to a later date; or
- Have the funds held on account for up to a year. These funds would be eligible to transfer to another course; or
- Full refund of the course fee. Refunds must be requested within 3 months of the cancellation.
