Mid-Atlantic OTI Education Center reserves the right to change or cancel any class. In the unfortunate event that a class must be changed or cancelled, you will be notified by phone and/or email. (Please provide us with the best way to contact you during the day.) The decision to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment will be made approximately five business days prior to the class start date. In the event that a class for which you have registered is cancelled, you may choose one of the following:
Transfer registration of the course to a later date,up to one year. or
Have the funds held on the participant's account for up to one year. These funds would be eligible for use to transfer to another training class, up to one year. or
Full refund of the course fee,up to one year.
Participant Withdrawal and Transfer Policy
Participants have several options available should they need to withdraw from a class. Please note that all participant withdrawal requests must be received Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
If a participant withdrawal request is received prior to the start of the course, participants have the following three options:
- Transfer registration of the course to a later date,up to one year. or
- Have the funds held on the participant's account for up to one year. These funds would be eligible for use to transfer to another training class,up to one year. or
- Refund of the course fee, up to one year, less a processing fee of 10%.
Once a class has begun, transfers, account holds, or refunds will not be available to a participant who withdrawal from the class.
- Schedules and fees are subject to change without notice.
- Allow 4-6 weeks processing time for refunds made by check.
- Allow 2 weeks for refunds by credit card.
